Our History

In 2001 ICR Ashford Property Management (Regina) and Denro Property Managment, both of which were long established Saskatchewan companies and leaders in the industry, merged to form ICR Denro Property Management. In 2009 following the association of our brokerage, ICR Commercial Real Estate (Regina) Ltd. with NAI Global, we became NAI Denro Property Management Ltd.

The combined strength of our team of professionals has enabled us to provide a level of service to our clients that surpass others in the marketplace. As a result, NAI Denro's property management portfolio has grown to over 2.5 million square feet of commercial property and 1700 residential units. These projects range from small apartment blocks and retail strip centers to major office towers and condominium developments.
